Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook diced pork for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

  2. Add apples and sliced onion; cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring, until the onion is lightly browned.

  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour and the curry powder.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend.

  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 35 to 45 minutes.
