Instructions

  1. Whisk yogurt until smooth in a bowl.

  2. Stir in cucumber, onion, tomato, and salt.

  3. Mix in mint, cilantro, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder, chaat masala, and green chili, if using.

  4. Before serving, combine boondi 4-5 minutes prior, ensuring it moistens but doesn't disintegrate.

  5. Garnish with extra cumin, chili powder, mint, and cilantro just before serving.
