Cuban Roast Pork Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Whisk together the olive oil, oregano, cumin, paprika, brown sugar, garlic, orange juice, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

  3. Add the pork loin to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or ideally overnight.

  4. Place the pork loin, fat side up, on a roasting pan rack and bake for approximately one hour, or until its internal temperature reaches 165 F.

  5. Allow the roast to rest for 10 minutes before slicing as desired.
