Crustless Spinach Quiche Recipe

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch baking dish.

Cook diced bacon until crisp in a skillet; remove bacon and drain all but 1 teaspoon grease.

Sauté onion in the remaining grease until tender, then add spinach and cook until wilted and excess water evaporates.

Spread spinach mixture in the baking dish, then top with bacon and cheese.

In a bowl, whisk milk and flour until smooth, then whisk in eggs, egg white, pepper, salt, onion powder, and oregano.

Pour this mixture over the spinach and cheese; optionally sprinkle with paprika.
