Crunchy Panko-Crusted Baked Tilapia
Baked tilapia fillets feature a crunchy panko coating flavored with a blend of mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and various herbs and spices.

Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C) and lightly grease a shallow baking pan.

Combine mayonnaise and mustard, then rub this mixture over the tilapia fillets.

In a food processor, pulse panko, fine bread crumbs, parsley, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper to combine.

Pour the bread crumb mixture into a shallow bowl, then dip the mayonnaise-coated fillets to cover both sides.

Arrange the coated fillets in the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
