Crunchy Panko-Crusted Baked Tilapia

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C) and lightly grease a shallow baking pan.

  2. Combine mayonnaise and mustard, then rub this mixture over the tilapia fillets.

  3. In a food processor, pulse panko, fine bread crumbs, parsley, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper to combine.

  4. Pour the bread crumb mixture into a shallow bowl, then dip the mayonnaise-coated fillets to cover both sides.

  5. Arrange the coated fillets in the prepared baking dish.

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.

  7. Serve the tilapia fillets.
