Croissant Bread Pudding With Vanilla Sauce
A simple bread pudding, featuring croissants, sweetened condensed milk, and canned fruit, is baked until golden and served with a rich vanilla sauce.

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Butter a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

Combine all pudding ingredients in a large bowl, stir well, then pour into the prepared pan.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until browned and set.

While the pudding bakes, prepare the vanilla sauce: Combine butter, sugars, and cream in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 6-8 minutes until bubbling and thickened.

Remove the sauce from heat, add vanilla, and stir to blend.

Cool the baked pudding slightly on a rack. Slice the warm pudding, plate it, and drizzle with the warm vanilla sauce.
