Instructions

  1. Line a slow cooker insert with aluminum foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, dry breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix until evenly distributed.

  3. Form the mixture into an oval within the foil-lined slow cooker.

  4. Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl.

  5. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf. Tuck the foil overhang into the slow cooker and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 6-8 hours, until it reaches 160 F.

  6. Using the foil, lift the cooked meatloaf from the slow cooker, drain rendered fat, and rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
