Crockpot Cola Ham
A slow cooker cola ham features a fully cooked ham enhanced with a brown sugar, mustard, and cola glaze.

Instructions

Combine brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl.

Add enough cola to the mixture to form a smooth paste, reserving the remaining cola.

Score the ham in a diamond pattern, then rub it with the mustard-sugar paste, optionally inserting a whole clove into each diamond.

Place the ham in a slow cooker and pour in the reserved cola.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then reduce to LOW for 7 to 9 hours, or until the ham reaches 140 F (for fully cooked) or 145 F (if not pre-cooked).

Baste the ham with pan juices approximately one hour before cooking finishes.

Remove the ham from the slow cooker and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
