Crockpot Broccoli Casserole

A simple slow cooker broccoli casserole features cheddar cheese and requires minimal preparation before cooking.

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker.

  2. Partially thaw frozen broccoli using cold water or steaming.

  3. Combine thawed broccoli, condensed soup, 1 cup shredded cheese, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a large bowl, then mix well and pour into the slow cooker.

  4. Toss cracker crumbs with melted butter in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.

  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, or until tender, adjusting heat if sides burn.

  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese 10 minutes before the end, then cover to melt, adding 5-7 minutes if needed.
