Instructions

  1. Combine beer, Tabasco sauce, and processed cheese spread in a 1-2 quart slow cooker, adjusting Tabasco to desired spice level.

  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 40 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  3. Stir until the mixture is smooth, scraping down the cooker sides.

  4. Turn heat to LOW and serve with dippers.
