Crockpot Barbecue Beef Sandwiches
A slow-cooked beef roast recipe with a scratch-made barbecue sauce, ideal for shredded beef sandwiches.

Place the beef roast in the slow cooker insert; cut large roasts as needed.

In a bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; stir well and pour over the roast.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Remove the roast, shred the beef, discard excess fat, and return to the slow cooker; stir to coat.

Serve shredded barbecue beef on toasted sandwich buns, with additional sauce if desired.
