Instructions

  1. Combine split peas, vegetable broth, and bouillon cubes in a slow cooker, stirring to dissolve bouillon.

  2. Add chopped potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, garlic, mustard, cumin, sage, thyme, and bay leaves; stir well and season with salt and pepper.
