Crock Pot Turkey Wings

Instructions

  1. Prepare the turkey wings by removing tips and separating at joints, then season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Brown the seasoned turkey wing pieces in batches in a large skillet with hot oil over medium heat.

  3. Layer the onion, celery, and carrots in the bottom of a large slow cooker, then top with the browned wings.

  4. Whisk cream of chicken soup with water and pour over the wings in the slow cooker.

  5. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or until the turkey reaches 165 F.

  6. Transfer wings to a platter and top with the slow cooker sauce before serving.
