Crock Pot Turkey Thighs With White Wine and Garlic

Instructions

  1. Season turkey thighs with salt and lemon pepper.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the turkey thighs for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.

  3. Transfer the browned turkey to a slow cooker, add all remaining ingredients, and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours until the turkey is cooked through.

  4. Remove the garlic cloves; if desired, mash a few and return them to the slow cooker, then stir to combine.

  5. Serve the turkey with the cooking juices.
