Instructions

  1. Set the slow cooker to high.

  2. Brown and drain ground beef.

  3. Combine cornmeal, milk, egg, drained beef, chili seasoning, seasoned salt, tomatoes, corn, and olives in a large bowl.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.

  5. Cover and cook on high for 3.5 to 4.5 hours.

  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top, then cover and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
