Lightly butter the slow cooker insert.

In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, then beat in orange juice, eggs, and milk.

In a separate small bowl, combine chopped pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour, and 2 tablespoons melted butter.
