Crock Pot Sweet Potato Casserole

Instructions

  1. Lightly butter the slow cooker insert.

  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, then beat in orange juice, eggs, and milk.

  3. Transfer the sweet potato mixture to the slow cooker.

  4. In a separate small bowl, combine chopped pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour, and 2 tablespoons melted butter.

  5. Spread the pecan topping evenly over the sweet potatoes.

  6. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.

  7. Serve the casserole hot.
