Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving its juice, then place the pineapple chunks into the slow cooker.

  2. Cut kielbasa into 1 to 2-inch pieces, slice the onion into 1/4-inch pieces, and chop the bell pepper into 1-inch chunks.

  3. Add the cut kielbasa, onion, and bell pepper to the slow cooker.

  4. Whisk cornstarch into the reserved pineapple juice until smooth, then stir in vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients in the slow cooker.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
