Crock Pot Short Ribs Burgundy

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and grill seasoning on a plate.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Coat the beef with the flour mixture, then brown on all sides in the hot oil.

  4. Transfer the browned beef to a slow cooker and top with onions.

  5. Pour red wine into the hot skillet, scrape up browned bits, then pour over the meat.

  6. In a bowl, combine beef broth and gravy mix.

  7. Pour the gravy mixture over the meat and onions in the slow cooker, then cover.

  8. Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
