Crock Pot Sausage-Beef Chili
A hearty slow cooker beef and sausage chili, perfect for a cold day, can be served with cornbread or crusty bread.

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with chopped onion until no longer pink.

Add diced smoked sausage, garlic, and bell pepper; cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Transfer the meat and vegetable mixture to a slow cooker.

Stir in mild chile peppers, jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, tomato sauce, black beans, and seasonings.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 hours.
