Crock Pot Potato and Ham Casserole With Cheese
A convenient slow cooker ham and potato casserole features layers of sliced potatoes, ham, cheese, and onions bathed in a simple creamy sauce.

Layer half of the ham, sliced potatoes, and onion in the slow cooker, then season with salt, pepper, and 1 cup of cheese.

Add the remaining ham, potatoes, and onion, seasoning with additional salt and pepper.

Mix condensed soup with milk in a bowl.

Pour the soup mixture over the layers and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and paprika.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 3.5 to 4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
