Crock Pot Pork Chops With Stuffing and Potatoes

Place seasoned potatoes into a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops, then brown them for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping once.

Arrange the seared pork chops on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker.

Combine stuffing mix, 1 cup hot water, and 1 tablespoon softened butter, then blend thoroughly.

Spoon the prepared stuffing mixture over the pork chops.
