Crock Pot Pork Chops With Stuffing and Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Place seasoned potatoes into a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops, then brown them for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping once.

  3. Arrange the seared pork chops on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker.

  4. Combine stuffing mix, 1 cup hot water, and 1 tablespoon softened butter, then blend thoroughly.

  5. Spoon the prepared stuffing mixture over the pork chops.

  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
