Crock Pot No-Bean Beef Chili

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, then drain and transfer to a slow cooker.

  2. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes (if using), chili powder, salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3.5-4 hours.

  4. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
