Crock Pot Jasmine Rice

Easy basmati or jasmine rice can be perfectly prepared in a crock pot without burning or sticking.

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot, then add all ingredients, stir, and cover.

  2. Cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours.

  3. After cooking, check if liquid is absorbed and rice is done; if hard, add a few tablespoons of water and cook for 30 minutes more.

  4. Fluff rice with a fork and let sit 5 minutes before serving.

  5. Serve.
