Crock Pot Hamburger Dip

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet, then brown ground beef with onion and optional jalapeño until no longer pink; drain fat.

  2. Transfer the drained meat mixture to a slow cooker. Stir in garlic, mild chile peppers, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, tomato sauce, ketchup, oregano, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or until cream cheese is melted and blended.

  4. Stir, taste, and adjust seasonings as needed.

  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
