Crock Pot Ground Beef and Hash Brown Dinner

This easy slow cooker hash brown hamburger casserole layers ground beef, cream-style corn, and cheese for a complete one-pot family meal.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet, then brown ground beef and onions until beef is no longer pink.

  2. Transfer the cooked beef and onions to a slow cooker, then add and toss with gravy mix.

  3. Pour cream-style corn over the beef mixture, topping with half of the shredded cheese.

  4. Layer with hash browns, season with salt and pepper, then top with the remaining cheese.

  5. Combine soup and evaporated milk in a bowl, season, and spread evenly over the hash browns and cheese.

  6. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
