Crock Pot Country-Style Pork Ribs With Mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Season country-style ribs with salt and pepper.

  2. Place ribs and mushrooms into a slow cooker insert.

  3. Mix condensed soup and gravy mix in a bowl, then pour over the pork and sprinkle with paprika.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

  5. Remove pork to a serving plate and keep warm.

  6. If gravy requires thickening, stir in a flour mixture and cook on high for 15 minutes, or until thickened.

  7. Serve ribs with potatoes and accompanying vegetables or a salad.
