Crock Pot Country-Style Pork Ribs Recipe

Instructions

  1. Place boneless ribs in the slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, combine condensed soup, sliced mushrooms, gravy mix, and paprika; pour this mixture over the ribs.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.

  4. Carefully transfer ribs to a warm platter.

  5. To thicken the gravy, whisk 1 heaping tablespoon of flour with 2 tablespoons of cold water to create a smooth paste.

  6. Stir this paste into the slow cooker broth and cook on high for an additional 15 minutes until thickened.

  7. Serve the ribs and gravy with mashed potatoes and chosen vegetables.
