Instructions

  1. Prepare bell peppers by slicing off tops, then removing cores, seeds, and white membranes.

  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef (or turkey), chopped onion, pimiento, salt, and corn, then spoon the mixture into the prepared pepper shells.

  3. Place the filled peppers upright in a slow cooker, arranging in layers if needed.

  4. Whisk together Worcestershire sauce, mustard, tomato soup, and tomatoes in a separate bowl, then pour over the peppers.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours, or until the peppers are tender.
