Crock Pot Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo

Instructions

  1. Combine onion, garlic, carrots, bell pepper, and chicken breasts in a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker.

  2. Pour Alfredo sauce over the ingredients.

  3. Add milk, thyme, salt, pepper, and basil to the empty Alfredo sauce jar, shake well, then pour into the slow cooker and stir.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until chicken reaches 165 F and vegetables are tender.

  5. Stir in shrimp, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes until hot and tender.

  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve immediately over hot cooked pasta.
