Crock Pot Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo

Combine onion, garlic, carrots, bell pepper, and chicken breasts in a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker.

Add milk, thyme, salt, pepper, and basil to the empty Alfredo sauce jar, shake well, then pour into the slow cooker and stir.
