Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F (230 C) and line two 9x13x2-inch baking pans with heavy-duty foil.

  2. In a food storage bag, combine 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 2 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon curry powder, and 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning.

  3. Divide 1/2 cup unsalted butter into the lined pans and melt it in the preheated oven.

  4. Coat 20 to 24 chicken drumsticks with the seasoned flour mixture by shaking them in the bag.

  5. Arrange the coated chicken in the pans with the melted butter.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn the chicken and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until tender and browned.
