Crispy Chicken Breasts
Crispy chicken cutlets are prepared with an herbed Parmesan breadcrumb crust and cooked on a grill or skillet.

Combine thyme, chives, basil, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a shallow pan, then mix with olive oil until coated.

Pound chicken breasts to approximately 1/2-inch thick.

Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then firmly press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat thoroughly.

Cook the coated chicken on a preheated grill or skillet for 4 to 6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 F and juices run clear.
