Creamy Spinach Pasta
A simple, creamy, one-dish pasta dish featuring abundant spinach is perfect for a weeknight meal.

Instructions

Start boiling 2 quarts of salted water.

Cook pasta to al dente, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook olive oil and garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add spinach and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the skillet; stir until wilted, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in cream, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Add nutmeg and black pepper if desired.

Add cooked pasta, stir to combine and break up any spinach clumps. Cover and cook for 2 minutes for pasta to absorb juices.

Stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve hot with extra Parmesan.
