Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

  2. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat, then sauté onion and celery until tender.

  3. Stir in parsley, chicken, chicken broth, condensed soups, poultry seasoning, thyme, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Add frozen peas and carrots, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. Stir in cream or half-and-half and cooked noodles; heat through and season with salt to taste.
