Instructions

  1. Cut fish fillets into small pieces.

  2. Combine chicken broth, salt, pepper, paprika, potatoes, and carrots in a large pot; cook covered for 8 minutes until tender.

  3. Add fish and cook for 8 more minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, sauté onion in butter until tender.

  6. Continue whisking until the mixture thickens.
