Creamy Coleslaw Recipe

Instructions

Combine cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, and optional celery seed in a large bowl.

Halve green cabbage, remove the core, and finely shred it, then add to the bowl.

If desired, peel and grate carrot, then shred and add red cabbage or red onion to the bowl.

Toss the mixture thoroughly until the vegetables are completely coated with the dressing.
