Creamy Broccoli Pasta
A simple and satisfying broccoli and pasta dish features a rich, creamy Parmesan cheese sauce.

Instructions

Start boiling 1 inch of water in a saucepan for broccoli and a large pot of salted water for pasta.

Steam broccoli florets in the saucepan for 5 minutes until tender, then drain and transfer them to a food processor.

Add basil, butter, cream, and Parmesan cheese to the food processor; pulse to puree to your desired consistency, then season with salt and pepper.

Cook pasta in the boiling salted water according to package directions, then drain well.

Combine the hot drained pasta with the broccoli mixture in a bowl and stir thoroughly.

Serve hot, optionally with extra Parmesan cheese.
