Cream of Wheat

Instructions

  1. Start boiling water with a cinnamon stick in a covered saucepan.

  2. Once boiling, add Cream of Wheat and whisk well to avoid lumps.

  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 2 to 2.5 minutes until thickened.

  4. Remove from heat and discard the cinnamon stick.
