Instructions

  1. Dust a work surface with confectioners' sugar.

  2. Sift confectioners' sugar and cream of tartar into a large bowl.

  3. Stir in cream and egg white until a firm, workable fondant forms.

  4. Dust a rolling pin, then roll the fondant to 1/2-inch thick. Cut with a dusted knife or cookie cutters.
