Cream Cheese Fudge

Instructions

Line an 8x8-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.

Melt chopped white chocolate in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, then cool it to room temperature.

Beat room temperature cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.

Add confectioners' sugar, lemon zest, salt, and vanilla; mix on low speed until incorporated, then on medium speed until light and smooth.

Incorporate the cooled melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture.

Fold in nuts until evenly distributed.

Transfer the fudge to the prepared pan, smooth the top, and chill for 4 hours or overnight until set.
