Cream Biscuits
Quick and easy cream biscuits are prepared with just heavy cream, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt, baking in minutes.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment or baking mat.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

Stir in the heavy cream with a fork until just moistened.

Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead 2-3 times to form a cohesive dough.

Pat dough into a 3/4-inch thick circle and cut out 2 to 2.5-inch diameter biscuits; re-roll scraps to cut more.

Arrange biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Remove from oven and brush tops with melted butter.
