Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a 9-inch-square or 11x7-inch baking dish.

Combine torn bread, cranberries, orange zest, and orange juice in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk vanilla, melted butter, warmed half-and-half, and eggs, then pour this mixture over the bread.

Stir in sugar and let the bread soak for 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Place the baking dish into a larger pan on an oven rack, then add 1/2 inch of hot water to the larger pan.
