Cranberry Moscow Mule

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh cranberries, granulated sugar, and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer 5-10 minutes until cranberries soften.

  2. Let the cranberry mixture cool to lukewarm, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve and cool completely.

  3. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled cranberry mixture, lime juice, and vodka, then slowly stir in ginger beer.

  4. For a single serving, use 2 ounces of vodka, 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice, and top with ginger beer.

  5. Serve over ice in copper mugs, garnished with lime wedges and fresh cranberries.
