Instructions

  1. Wash and cut apples into wedges to fit an infusion jar.

  2. Place apple wedges and cinnamon sticks into the jar, then fill with tequila.

  3. Seal and shake the jar; store in a cool, dark place for five to seven days, shaking daily.

  4. After five days, taste the tequila and continue infusing until the desired flavor is achieved, optionally removing cinnamon to enhance apple taste.

  5. Strain out the apple and cinnamon solids from the infused tequila and bottle it for use.

  6. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the infused tequila, triple sec, cranberry juice, and lime juice.

  7. Shake thoroughly.

  8. Strain the drink into a chilled glass.

  9. Garnish with an apple wedge or lime twist.
