Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms With Parmesan Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, then lightly spray it.

Remove mushroom stems, finely chop them, and set aside.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush it over the mushroom caps.

Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add the chopped stems, green onions, and red bell pepper, cooking for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.

Combine the cooked vegetable mixture with crabmeat, breadcrumbs, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Fill each mushroom cap with the stuffing, mounding it.
