Crab Rangoon Dip Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Fold in crab meat, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, garlic, 1 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce, and seasonings until thoroughly combined; break up crab as desired.

  3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish; optionally, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and the dip is heated through.

  4. While the dip bakes, cut wonton wrappers into chip-like shapes. Heat oil to 375°F and deep-fry wrappers in batches until lightly golden. Drain fried chips on paper towels.

  5. Drizzle remaining sweet chili sauce over the baked dip and garnish with additional chopped scallions before serving with wonton chips.
