Crab Rangoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet to 360-375°F for deep frying.

  2. Combine cream cheese, crab, red onion, Worcestershire, soy sauce, black pepper, green onion, and garlic in a bowl; mix well.

  3. Lay out a wonton wrapper, wet its edges, then place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center.

  4. Bring all four points together to form a pyramid, pressing to seal edges and remove air bubbles.

  5. Cover prepared wontons with a damp towel to prevent drying while assembling others.

  6. Deep-fry wontons in batches for about 3 minutes until golden brown, turning once.

  7. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

  8. Serve hot with desired dipping sauces.
