Crab Oscar Steak Topping

Instructions

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Sauté onions over medium-low heat until translucent (3-5 minutes), then add celery and cook for 3-5 minutes, followed by garlic for 30 seconds.

Stir in crabmeat, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper, warming for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Remove the pan from heat and combine with mayonnaise, sour cream, and dry mustard until well mixed.

Serve immediately over grilled steak, garnished with asparagus spears.
