Crab Oscar Steak Topping

An easy-to-prepare and incredibly flavorful crab and asparagus topping that elevates any surf and turf meal.

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Sauté onions over medium-low heat until translucent (3-5 minutes), then add celery and cook for 3-5 minutes, followed by garlic for 30 seconds.

  2. Stir in crabmeat, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper, warming for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

  3. Remove the pan from heat and combine with mayonnaise, sour cream, and dry mustard until well mixed.

  4. Serve immediately over grilled steak, garnished with asparagus spears.
