Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C) and butter a 1-quart casserole dish.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg, then stir in the crabmeat, mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay, and optional capers until thoroughly combined.

  3. Spoon the crabmeat mixture into the prepared dish and top with Ritz cracker crumbs.
