Process 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Dijon or Creole mustard, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon capers, 1 clove garlic, and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice in a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth.
