Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, then whisk in 1/3 cup milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.

  2. Heat butter in a 10-inch skillet over low heat, then pour in the egg mixture.

  3. Cook slowly, lifting edges to allow uncooked egg to run underneath; cover and continue cooking until the surface dries.

  4. Top with cheese and green onion, then fold in half.
